Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your kit. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

1. Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with any protective film and accessories included.

2. What can be returned

• Backdrops, risers, stands, props, storage and kits in resalable condition.
• Bundles must be returned complete; partial bundle returns are refunded at the single-item value of what is returned.

3. Limitations

• Matte boards and acrylic risers scratch easily. Items returned with use marks, scratches or missing protective film may receive a reduced (partial) refund.
• Items that have been assembled, modified or visibly used cannot be resold and are not eligible for a full refund.
• Final-sale or clearance items, if marked as such, are not returnable except where faulty.

4. How to start a return

1. Email support@henleyph.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We'll reply with a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Pack items securely (the original box or sleeve works best) and ship them back.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Your bank or provider may take additional time to post the funds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Email us if you need help choosing the right piece.
