These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of henleyph.shop and any purchase you make from HENLEY PLUMBING LIMITED("Henleyph", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

HENLEY PLUMBING LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05937003, with its registered office at 17 Rogers Lane, Ettington, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 7TA. We operate an online retail store selling tabletop product-photography gear to consumers.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell physical photography props and backdrops. We work to describe and picture products accurately, but slight variation in color and texture can occur between screens and materials. Product images are illustrative. We are not affiliated with, and do not reference, any third-party brand, team or franchise.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes and duties unless stated.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Your order is a contract once we confirm it and payment is authorised.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Orders

When you place an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We will send an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we accept your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the laws of your country of residence.
